The purpose of the Protein Redox Network is to share knowledge and promote collaborations between researchers within the field of protein redox research with a focus on applications in food-related science.

 

At this kick-off meeting invited speakers from academia and industry present a wide array of research topics related to protein oxidation.

 

Participation in the meeting, including breakfast, lunch and coffee is free of charge, but registration is required.
